Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for requests made after this period.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as custom-mixed and custom-ordered products, are exempt from being returned.
To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons other than our error will be reviewed and addressed promptly.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
